How long should it take and how many people are likely to come and do the end of tenancy clean?The duration of the service completely depends on the condition and state of the premises and the number of cleaners attending. Usually, our teams consist of 2, 3 cleaners but according to the size of the property and the timely completion of the service more cleaners can be sent.

How much does the professional end of tenancy cleaning cost on average?How much does the professional end of tenancy cleaning cost on average? There are 3 main factors which define the final price for your end of tenancy cleaning services. The main one is the size of the property and number and type of rooms. The second one is the condition of the premises. Our prices are based on a regularly maintained property. In case your rental property is not kept in good order or it is neglected then the price may vary. And the last one but not least is the addition of specialised cleaning services like carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, blinds cleaning, external window cleaning, jet wash cleaning (depending on your tenancy agreement).

Do I have to pay for the parking fees?The only additional charge that may come on top of your move out cleaning service is the parking, congestion or ULEZ charge if applicable. The team will always try to find a free spot to park. However, if such is not available, then the customer will be asked to cover the parking charges while the service takes place. In case the property is within the congestion zone or ULEZ, then the customer is required to take care of the charges too. Otherwise, the service may take place during the weekend (or a bank holiday) when there no parking restrictions.

Do you guarantee your service?The end of tenancy cleaning we offer you is a guaranteed service for 48 hrs. In an unlikely event that there are any missed areas after the checkout report we will organise a team for a free re-clean of your rental property. All you need to do is to notify us within the guaranteed period.

Do I need to do anything before the team arrives?We will require a few things from you to guarantee you a smooth and thorough tenancy cleaning. The fridge and freezer must be defrosted at least 24 hrs prior to the arrival of the cleaners; the property has to be empty of personal belongings and we will need access to electricity and hot water on the day.

Can I book after builders cleaning while the works at my property are still going on?We recommend the after builders cleaning to be carried out when the works are completed so our team can accomplish a high-quality cleaning service. On the other hand, we will be happy to come and clean certain areas of the place or even the whole property while the builders are still working. However, keep in mind that we can’t ensure the best possible results as there will be more construction/renovation work taking place after the cleaning and dust can settle again in all surfaces.

What is the difference between one-off cleaning and post builders cleaning?The one-off cleaning is a service suitable for light or spring cleaning. Do you collect and throw the after builders rubbish?Our team will collect any rubbish left from the builders in bags and leave it at the designated area of your property. We do not take any rubbish with us

For large properties and building sites, we do recommend a survey so we can provide you with an accurate quote and you can be aware of the cost in advance. The team of post builders cleaners can vary between 2-6 or more cleaners.

When is better to book the after builders cleaning - before or after the carpet fitting?We have done the after builders cleaning both ways. It is all about your preference and time restrict for the job. Here are the things that you should consider before you make your final decision. Before the carpets are fitted: This way all the dust and dirt underneath will be cleaned and will not go into the carpets after that. However, please note that some amount of dust will accumulate on the surfaces after the fitting of the carpets. After the carpets are fitted: There will be dust under the carpets (unless you do not clean it first) which over time will get into the carpets. Once you clean the carpets professionally it is possible the dirt to get into the fabric and dark marks to appear. But it all depends on the carpet fabric and how much dust or dirt will be underneath.

We always supply them for every service. Please inform us in advance if specific detergents must be used based on the surfaces or recommendation of the manufacturer. Can the cleaners deal with mould in my bathroom?We use a variety of professional detergent that might help, however, we cannot guarantee it. Please be aware that mould and mildew are organic in nature and require an entirely different approach and set of products. In general, mould is impossible to be taken off especially if it is already under the silicone or the grouting of your bathroom tiles. Our one-off cleaners will try to remove the mould, however, it’s best to hire a certified handyman for the job in case plastering is needed.

How long does it take for the carpet to dry out?Carpets made of synthetic fibre will usually air-dry on their own in 12 to 24 hours. Wool, on the other hand, will stretch the timeframe . Upholstered items take to completely dry between 4-12 hrs. However, mattresses take approximately 12-24 hrs. How can I know if the steam cleaning method is suitable for my upholstered items and carpets??If you are uncertain of the material of your piece, you can always check the label. Also, upon inspection, our technician will be able to confirm if the item is suitable for the cleaning too. However, here are some of the codes found on labels: S: solvents only, no water (Item can be dry cleaned only); X: vacuum or brushing only, no water (Item cannot be deep cleaned); W: water is safe (Item can be steam cleaned); WS: mild detergent or dry foam cleaner (Dry treatment is suggested).

Can you guarantee successful stain removal from carpets and upholstered items?We use only professional cleaning solutions and stain removers, however, there are stains that simply damage the fabric and leave a permanent mark or fiber discoloration like hair dye, ink, and certain chemicals and so on. Please note that water stains are the toughest one to be removed, especially if they have been treated already by the client. Nevertheless, if we are unable to remove the stain, nothing will!

Do you clean carpets, rugs and sofas on the spot?Yes, there is no need to remove the rug or sofa from your property to clean it. Our specialist will arrive at the appointed location fully equipped and ready to deliver the high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services you have ordered.

How often do I need to clean my carpets, sofa, armchair, mattress, etc?We recommend professionally cleaning your carpets and upholstered items (sofas, curtains, mattresses) at least every 6 months to avoid the accumulation of any dirt and bacteria. Cleaning your items regularly will extend their life and will provide you with relief and natural sleep and fresh air to breathe.

In order to secure a slot and confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to transfer 50% of the service price to our company account via bank transfer within 24 hours. The remaining balance can be paid through instant bank transfer or in cash. Thank you for choosing our services.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice or cancelling in the last moment will result in the loss of the deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us as soon as possible you need to cancel or reschedule your service.
